O mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva, expedido pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio da Comarca de Guapor\u00e9, foi cumprido na rua do Nascente, no bairro S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme o mandado, o homem descumpriu as medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia em favor da mulher. Mesmo cientificado, ele voltou a incomod\u00e1-la, fato que gerou a decreta\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o por n\u00edtido desrespeito \u00e0s ordens judiciais de prote\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s cientificado pelos policiais civis, o homem foi encaminhado para a DP para os procedimentos legais.
